I pick your dog up at home, he spends his outing in the forest with his pack, and I bring him back dirty, tired and happy.
A real outing, not a walk round the block
He runs ahead, puts his nose in every bush, drinks from the stream, comes back, sets off again. That's what a walk is for a dog.
I count in distance, not time. An outing lasts from fifty minutes to an hour and a quarter depending on the terrain, the weather and the group, but it always covers three kilometres at least, often four.
Always a loop, never there and back, and on new paths whenever possible. For a dog, a three-kilometre loop means far more ground to explore than three kilometres in a straight line.
The group walk €35
Three departures a day, Monday to Friday except public holidays: 9:00, 12:00 and 14:30. I pick your dog up at home and bring him back home, in a vehicle fitted out for dogs, air-conditioned and ventilated.
I choose routes around water: a stream, a pond, a river. The dogs drink, cool off when it's hot, and the retrievers would happily stay all day.
Every dog goes out in the right group. Dogs who know each other and get on are not the same as dogs thrown together at random. A dog who doesn't fit in changes group, or I adapt the service to his needs.

I go out in all weathers. Only the 14:30 outing depends on daylight: in midwinter, night falls too early to head into the forest safely.
What eight years in the forest have taught me
Since 2018, 80 different dogs and more than 60 families have trusted me. Every outing has taught me something.
It all starts with observation
Before asking anything of a dog, I watch him: how he moves, what he sniffs, what worries him, what makes him happy. Everything else follows from that.
A difficult dog is almost always a dog in the wrong place
I've always had more complicated dogs than easy ones. In the right group, most of them become dogs like any other.
Recall is built, not ordered
It's what opens the door to freedom. It's earned outing after outing, with trust on both sides.
In bad weather, we adapt, we don't cancel
Rain, snow, heatwave: I change the route, the pace, the time if need be. But the dogs go out.
Freedom is earned, on both sides
A dog isn't free because you take his lead off. He's free when he can run without anyone having to worry about him.
For the first two weeks, your dog stays on the lead. That's the time he needs to get to know me, and the time I need to get to know him: he has to trust me, and I need to be able to trust him.
After that, we decide together, you and I, whether he can go off-lead. Some do after a fortnight, others never. It depends neither on breed nor on age, but on recall.
And if none of my services suits your dog, I'll tell you rather than insist.
One-to-one walk €60
Your dog goes out alone, with me. Duration and distance agreed with you, according to his needs. It's the right service for dogs who can't cope with a group, for recovery and for reactive dogs.
It's also the one to choose to work on something specific: recall, walking on the lead, meeting other dogs. One-to-one, I'm one hundred per cent focused on your dog.
Gentle walk €35
Thirty minutes, three dogs at most, a slow pace. For older dogs or dogs with reduced mobility, who still need to go out, sniff and see other dogs, but no longer to run.
This group has its own ranger, always the same person, whom the dogs know. The price is that of a group walk.

Canicross. An hour of running, three dogs at most, the pace adapted to each one. For sporty dogs whose energy a classic walk doesn't burn off.
