Clear prices, no surprises

All prices are in euros, VAT included. For Dog Walking, pick-up and drop-off at home are included.

The services

Group Dog Walking

€35 per outing

Three kilometres minimum in the forest, with his pack. Pick-up and drop-off at home, route and photos included.

Dog Walking

Day Care

€65 per day

From 8:00 to 18:00: two group walks, play time and proper rest. No cages.

Day Care

Boarding

€80 per night

Five dogs per night at most, two walks a day. No extra charge at weekends or on public holidays.

One-to-one Dog Walking

€60 per outing

Your dog goes out alone, with me. For dogs who can't cope with a group, for recovery, or for specific training.

Gentle Dog Walking

€35 30 minutes

Three dogs at most, a slow pace. For older dogs or dogs with reduced mobility.

Introductory meeting

€40 one-off

Deducted from your first invoice if your dog joins, and free if you were referred by one of my clients.

−30% for each additional dog in the same household, on walks, day care and boarding.

Extended area

Travel surcharge of €5 excl. VAT, i.e. €5.85 incl. VAT, per trip and per address, whatever the number of dogs. A household with two or three dogs pays the travel charge only once.

Example: group walk in the extended area, two dogs at the same address — €35 + €24.50 + €5.85 = €65.35 incl. VAT.

My areas open up as requests come in. As soon as there are three regular dogs in the same area, I set up a round there.

That's how the Junglinster area was born: a client moved, two other households followed, and the midday round has existed ever since.

Talk to your neighbours, and write to me. I'll tell you frankly whether it's possible, and on what terms.

Cancellations

Deadlines

  • Dog Walking and Day Care: the day before, by 9:00
  • Boarding, regular clients: 14 days before the start of the stay
  • Boarding, new clients: 30 days — between 30 and 14 days, half the stay is charged

After these deadlines, the service is charged in full. A postponement remains possible depending on availability, and I always offer one before charging for a cancellation.

Summer is planned in April

From April, I ask for your dates for June, July and August. You have two months to send them to me. The summer schedule is then fixed.

In summer, places are few and groups are put together in advance: a place freed up in July can't be reassigned. That's why, from 1st June to 31 August, every cancellation is charged in full, whatever the notice and whatever the service.

Invoicing

The invoice is issued automatically on the last day of the month for the previous month's services, and you'll find it in your client portal. Payment within 14 days by bank transfer.

Sending by email or post remains possible on request, as an exception.
