How it works
Simple, clear, no surprises
From your first message to the first outing, every step is known in advance. And since 2018, the rule hasn't changed: no one is left without a solution.
From your message to the first outing
-
You write to me
You tell me about your dog, your town and what you need. I reply within 48 working hours.
-
I meet your dog
The meeting takes place in a dog park, not at your home. That's deliberate: I want to see your dog surrounded by other dogs, on the move. That's where you discover how he really behaves in a group. We also use the time to talk through your needs in detail.
€40, deducted from your first invoice if your dog joins. The meeting is free if you were referred by one of my clients.
I reserve the right to decline a dog after this meeting. It's a question of group balance, not a judgement on your dog.
-
Trial day or trial night
For day care and boarding, a trial is required before your dog joins for good. It is charged.
-
Your account is opened
If the meeting goes well, you receive a personal registration link, valid for seven days. You fill in your dog's details — breed, weight, microchip, health, behaviour — and create your account.
From then on, you book yourself, whenever you like, based on the availability shown.
-
Follow-up
After every outing: the recorded route and the photos. Your invoices, your schedule and your dog's history are available in your client portal.
What I ask
These few requirements aren't paperwork: they're what brings a group home whole and clean, every day since 2018.
- Dog aged 6 months or older
- Up-to-date rabies vaccination
- Third-party liability insurance covering the dog
- Tag with an up-to-date phone number
Females in heat don't take part in group walks, day care or boarding. One-to-one walks remain possible. Dogs classed as dangerous under the law of 9 May 2008 only take part in group outings and Canicross wearing a muzzle.
Everything in one place
Your client portal is open 24 hours a day: you book, cancel, follow every outing, check your invoices and write to me. Every cancellation is time-stamped; a request made verbally on the doorstep leaves no trace, and so doesn't count as a cancellation.
In all weathers
I take the dogs out in the rain, the wind and the cold. I adapt the outing rather than cancel it.
Above 25 °C, in heavy rain or strong wind, the walk is adapted: shaded route, water points, adjusted pace. Below 5 °C, a coat is required for small dogs. Only a Meteolux red alert makes me cancel: on yellow or orange alert, I go out and adapt.
A rain jacket is recommended for all dogs: your dog comes home cleaner.
What I owe you
Providing the service every day, and never leaving anyone without a solution. It's the only commitment I make, and it has held since 2018.
A dog can't wait. If I cancel at nine in the morning, you've been at the office for an hour and no one can take him out any more: that's exactly the situation I refuse to create. My absences are planned ahead. In emergencies, which you can count on the fingers of one hand, someone takes over — the walk goes ahead, boarding continues, and your dog changes neither place nor routine.
There's a Luxembourgish saying I live by to the letter: keen am Reen stoe loossen. Never leave anyone standing in the rain.
